I ordered the battery for my Sym 250GTS from Performance Motorcycle using information off the existing battery (which may or may not have been correct as I bought the bike second hand)because the price was very competitive. The model was not listed by Performance Motorcycle but there was an equivalent to the one fitted and that was what I ordered. The ordering and payment was straight forward, I was able to give alternatives to delivery if I was not at home at the time and received notification that the order had been processed. The battery arrived in very substantial packaging and was left as instructed. An excellent service which deserves the highest praise. I would like to have seen my bike listed as I would then be 100% sure that the battery is right.
